By participating in the M1 PREMIUM CARD promotion, a 30% discount on the respective treatment price is guaranteed for every third injection. For this, the campaign participant receives the M1 PREMIUM CARD in an M1 Med Beauty Specialist Centre UK. In order to be able to redeem the discount, all three stamp fields on the M1 PREMIUM CARD must be signed and stamped by an M1 Med Beauty Ltd. employee directly after each treatment appointment. Please take good care of your M1 PREMIUM CARD and bring it to each treatment appointment. It is not possible to re-stamp the card if it is lost!

Furthermore, before the third treatment appointment and before redeeming the discount, this form must be completed and the terms and conditions of the promotion must be agreed. Once the discount has been redeemed, a new M1 PREMIUM CARD can be issued or the promotion can be restarted on request.

The M1 PREMIUM CARD is cardholder-bound and may not be passed on or duplicated.
The redemption of the 30% on the third injection date cannot be combined with already discounted treatments and other M1 discounts and promotions. Legal action is excluded.

The promotion ends with the expiry of 30.06.2022.

M1 Med Beauty Limited confirms that the personal data will be used exclusively for marketing purposes by the M1 Group.
